Make changes to the sizes of your paper in Windows Print Manager

Select any of the customizable paper sizes available to your printer.

oIn Microsoft Word, click on the “gear” icon at the top of the screen. It will display the customization options for the item you have selected. Choose the “Print to” option from the dropdown menu. In the “Print To” section, you will be able to see a list of printers. Select one, then click “Print To”.

oIn Microsoft Word, click on the “sheets” icon. This will display your custom page size. This will not be visible in the event that you have changed the default paper size of your printer in Word. Simply right-click the sheet and select “Pages”. You will now get a pop-up with your customized page size. You can choose the one that best fits your project. You’ll need to change your project settings to change Excel’s custom paper sizes. Check that the page setting variable is set to “0”.

In PowerPoint Go to your presentation folder, and then click “set custom sizes for paper” from the menu that appears on the right side of your screen. A pop-up menu will pop up and you’ll see a list with possible choices. Select “meter”. The menu that pops up will expand, and you will find four different values are listed: mm, in.lite, pt and gr.

In Microsoft Word, go to “add/remove programs”. Click “robat” within the “add/remove program” dialog box and then select “OK”. Click “Robat” in the “add/remove programs” dialog box, and after that, click “OK”.

If the document is opened in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel you can adjust the paper size with the help of the printer driver. To accomplish this, go to view and select “page layout”. Select “Fit to page” under “Page Layout” and then click OK. When you print the document again, the customized paper size will be printed.

Lastly, you can make custom paper sizes available in the Windows Print Manager. To accomplish this, click “manage print queues” on the print manager’s window after that, click “Change”.
